In order to commit to a process of growth and development, it's important that you get to know your guide. It's one thing to rattle off your achievements but it's another to share the good, bad and ugly of your journey.

Make no mistake, the "shift storm" is here. And I'm devoting my time, talents and resources to helping agents that are just crazy enough to join me to drive massive growth in their business and life during the wild economic times that are coming.

Here's a little about me and why I'm so passionate about helping agents like you build businesses that allow for true time and money freedom.

Growing up, I saw my parents struggle as business owners.

My parents and I grew up under communism in Bulgaria! Only after the country broke off of it when I was 10 years old, free enterprise was allowed, and my parents, like many others opened up their own businesses. It was great at first, but over time we realized that they were slaves to their businesses and had no freedom whatsoever. And eventually that took a toll on their health, lives, and relationships, which ultimately lead to their separation and loss of their businesses. Growing up, I admired their courage and entrepreneurial spirit, but now I'm determined to not allow the same fate for me and my family!

I got into real estate in 2013,

after a bitter separation with my corporate job, when I realized we were just numbers to the owners and they will exploit us as long as possible and then cast us out! We had 2 small kids at the time, Andreas & Alek, and I just wanted to spend more time with them! I didn't know what I was doing in real estate, but I knew that it could allow me to have flexibility and freedom!

However, 6 month later (in 2014) we relocated

to Jacksonville, FL where I got another "comfortable" corporate job. But after a couple of years, juggling work, family, & side gigs I was stressed all the time, working 7 days a week and missing out on the stuff that mattered most. I was failing as a husband and father.

Even during vacations,

I worked almost daily to hold the deal together or find another client. I would do whatever it took to help my clients. But I was clearly failing in the areas of my life that mattered most to me. Have you been there? Have you let your family down by making business a priority over them?

In the middle of 3rd grade, my oldest son was failing in school,

so my wife and I in early 2019 decided for me to come home and focus more on our family and side businesses. I started working with my kids more to help them in school and train them to be better future leads in general; naturally my Real Estate career started picking up more too.

But life threw us another curve ball (or rather 2)...

Between mid-2019 and mid-2021 we decided to adopt 2 more kids (a baby & the other a 10-year old), and all of a sudden our family grew to total of 5 kids, which put even more demands on my precious and already scarce time! Juggling family time and a growing Real Estate business...



And that's when I found eXp Realty and their business model, which provides a way to grow a Real Estate career without increasing time commitment. Most top producing real estate agents and team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom whatsoever. That wasn’t going to be me. I had too much on the line!

I started building sustainable systems and teams

that don't necessarily rely on me to scale! I love building, encouraging, and pouring into people to help them grow in their businesses and personal self development! I have truly found the path to

true time and money freedom.

Growing up, I saw my father struggle as a business owner.

He was the true E-Myth... always the technician in his business and had no freedom whatsoever. And I saw that take a toll on his personal life. Alcohol abuse got the best of him and my Mom left him when I was just 4 years old. I was not going to have the same fate as my father.

I got into real estate in 2007,

the same year my wife Julie had our first child Anders. I left a cozy six-figure Corporate job and so my new career had to work!

By the end of my first full year in real estate,

I sold 71 homes for over $500,000 GCI. But I was always on my phone, stressed all the time, working 7 days a week and missing out on the stuff that mattered. I was failing as a husband and father.

By the end of my first full year in real estate,

I worked every day to hold a big deal together. Again, I was failing in the areas of my life that mattered most to me. Have you been there?

One of the most important days of my life was April 10,

2010 where I publicly declared that Jesus Christ was my Lord and Savior. Everything would change as I was now playing the long game with an eternal perspective.

April 22, 2010, our daughter Kendal came into the world.

I was working more than ever and was stressed all the time. That year I sold over 50 homes personally and my small team sold another 70 or so homes. I had increased responsibilities at home and work. Something had to give if I were going to succeed in business and life.

I had a lot on the line.

I had to make the commitment to build my business in a way where it didn’t rely on me. Most real estate team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom whatsoever. That wasn’t going to be me. I had too much on the line.

I used sustainable systems and empowered people

to go from 58 homes sold in 2009 to 118 in 2010 to 178 in 2011 to 248 in 2012 with me just selling 1 home that year. During that same time I went from working 7 days per week to working only 1 day per week in my real estate business. While it wasn’t perfect, it was intentional. And I finally had true time and money freedom.

The Journey Wasn't Easy & I Made All The Mistakes Possible But Now I Get to Help Others Get There With Less Pain & Struggle

I would often wonder on any given day:

  • When will the time I put into real estate pay off financially?

I ask, because there’s quite a bit of misleading information out there in terms of growing your real estate sales business. Most traditional real estate coaching programs teach you how to sell more homes no matter what the consequences are in your personal life. And you end up working more hours to serve the increased demands of your business.

It’s a formula that doesn’t work if you want to have a life outside of real estate.

I was able to build a profitable, systems driven business that allowed me to step up in the areas of life that mattered most to me. And now you can too!

Knowing precisely how rocky my journey was, how many mistakes I made, I knew I could help others get there in half the time — and with less pain and suffering. And so I decided to pass on the wisdom and insights that I learned along the way.

If you are at the point in your journey where you’ve achieved traditional success and it’s just not giving you the time and money freedom you deserve, it’s time to take a different approach.
